Terms of Use

These terms apply when you play Laypath, the puzzle game made by InchUp (“we”, “us”), on laypath.app, in the Android app, or on game portals that host it. By playing, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t play.

Playing the game

Laypath is free to play. You may play it for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. The game is intended for players aged 13 and over.

Our content

The game, its rules and code, graphics, sounds, the name “Laypath” and the InchUp name and logos belong to InchUp and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, host, re-publish, modify, sell or distribute the game or any part of it, or present it as your own, without our written permission. Sharing a link to laypath.app, screenshots or videos of your own play is welcome.

Fair play

Please don’t interfere with the game, its ads or its servers, for example by changing its code or saved data to gain scores, tokens or continues, or by using bots or scripts. We may reset scores or progress affected by such misuse.

Laypath shows ads provided by Google and its partners. Watching a rewarded ad is always optional. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for third-party websites or products they link to. How ads use data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Scores, tokens and saved games

Your best score, continue tokens and saved game are stored on your device (or in your game portal account). They have no money value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and may be lost, for example if you clear your browser data or uninstall the app. We can’t restore them.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or remove features or rules, or stop offering the game, at any time. We may also update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.

No warranty

Laypath is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the game will always be available, error-free or that progress will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, InchUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
